Something we hear a lot here in Birmingham is that we have more canals than venice. Is this actualy true? Maybe. Do our canals contain more shopping trolleys than those in Venice? Without a doubt.
I took a trip down to the Birmingham & Fazeley Canal with local artist ‘Mike Done’ to get a selection of promo images for his social media. It was a nice change of pace photographing a single individual opposed to a band as it was so much easier to light each location. This really helped considering we were shooting relatively late in the day and losing light fast.
Mike is a West Midlands based guitar tutor and session musician available for dep work who also creates online content for his own social media as well as being the guitarist for ‘Invade The Arcade’.
